POSITION SUMMARYThe Field Services Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, estimating, execution, and delivery of projects for both internal and external customers. External customer projects typically include large, complex, and high-value/high-risk initiatives, while internal projects include lean manufacturing improvements, major maintenance efforts, and construction projects. This role serves as a key leader throughout the project lifecycle, from opportunity identification and estimating through field execution, project closeout, and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager is expected to be highly proficient in project estimating, scheduling, budget management, field operations, and client communication.
