• Oversee crew activities and productivity to meet schedules.
• Supervise training, development, appraisal and assignments of crew members.
• Understand project plans, blueprints and specifications for duties.
• Manage tools, materials, and supplies; oversee equipment utilization.
• Respond promptly to on-site production issues and report crew hours accurately.
