Croell, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on heavy civil and highway construction projects in Douglas, Wyoming. You will coordinate subcontractors, support field crews, manage activities, and ensure safe, efficient progress on schedule.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil or highway construction.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or field leadership experience.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, and schedules.

Aufgaben

Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on heavy civil and highway projects.
Manage subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule work.
Collaborate with field crews to improve productivity and minimize downtime.
Identify conflicts between subcontractors and Croell operations and develop solutions.
Monitor progress and communicate schedule concerns to project management.
