Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead heavy highway construction efforts in Illinois. You will partner with the Project Superintendent to plan, execute, and complete complex projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires at least 5 years in heavy highway or airport projects, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, and strong communication with clients, engineers, and local jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy highway or airport project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and delegate project responsibilities across the team.
• Collaborate with Project Estimators to understand budgets and project scopes.
• Lead regular team meetings, emphasizing budget control and time management.
• Communicate with clients, engineers, architects, and local jurisdictions regarding objectives, schedules, and permits.
