Interns will gain training from experienced Corporate Project Engineers across Heavy Civil, Bridges, and Piling/Shoring, with field and office experience depending on project needs. Internships aim to evaluate potential for future full-time employment, offering diversified on-the-job training and mentoring to develop technical and professional skills.

Qualifications

• Junior or Senior (highly preferred)
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Past construction work experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Superintendents
• Assist in public relations, claims, subcontractor back charges, and force account work
• Process all documents required to start-up project as outlined in project checklist
• Update and maintain CPM under direction of P.M.
• Monthly schedule distribution to field and subcontractors
• Schedule survey and inspections for field operations
• Update and maintain as-built drawings if required
• Tracking quantities to ensure accurate payment by Owner
• Managing Blue Stakes
• Managing change order correspondence and tracking
