Job summary

Internship may be field or office based depending on project, with a mentor and potential path to full-time employment. Summer 2027 schedule runs Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, with possible nighttime operations and possible part-time work during fall/winter while

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Minimum GPA 2.75.
• Junior or Senior (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assists Project Superintendents
• Assisting in public relations, claims, subcontractor back charges, and force account work
• Processing all documents required to start-up project as outlined in project checklist.
• Update and maintain CPM under direction of P.M.
• Monthly schedule distribution to field and subcontractors.
• Schedule survey and inspections for field operations.
• Update and maintain as-Built drawings if required.
• Tracking quantities to ensure accurate payment by Owner.
• Managing Blue Stakes.
• Managing change order correspondence and tracking
