Job summary

The position is heavily field-integrated, requiring coordination of subs, inspections, takeoffs, and pay applications. Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field is required; 0–5 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be organized, able to multitask, and communicate effectively.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; construction software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and phasing plans.
• Track quantities and support cost control and pay applications.
• Support field coordination between crews, superintendents, and PMs.
• Coordinate subcontractors and deliveries; assist with change orders.
• Maintain RFIs, submittals, drawings, and daily reports.
• Assist with field layout verification and utility coordination.
• Participate in constructability reviews and site walks.
