Responsabilités

• Involvement in cost control system operations and construction costs analysis.
• Participate in monthly revenue forecasting and cost accruals.
• Accumulate data and prepare monthly pay estimates.
• Manage and process change orders and Requests for Information.
• Coordinate scheduling of shop drawings and submittals.
• Process/manage material deliveries and ensure compliance.
• Negotiate subcontractor and material contracts.
• Assist in developing and updating project schedules.
