About the Position

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support project management and field operations throughout the lifecycle of construction projects
2. Assist with scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking
3. Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and vendors
4. Monitor project progress and maintain documentation for compliance and reporting
5. Solve field challenges in real-time and contribute to project planning and execution

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Field Engineer on heavy civil construction projects
2. Direct field experience is required
3. Experience with bridges and structures is a strong plus
4. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
5. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
