Key Responsibilities:

• Support project management and field operations throughout the lifecycle of construction projects

• Assist with scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking

• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and vendors

• Monitor project progress and maintain documentation for compliance and reporting

• Solve field challenges in real-time and contribute to project planning and execution

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Field Engineer on heavy civil construction projects

• Direct field experience is required

• Experience with bridges and structures is a strong plus

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
