You will shape project success from concept through construction by developing budgets, schedules, and execution strategies in collaboration with operations, design teams, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in preconstruction, estimating, or project management within heavy civil/infrastructure/design-build
• Expertise in self-perform operations: concrete, earthwork, utilities, mechanical systems
• Strong collaboration skills with owners, designers, and field teams
• Proficient in HCSS, P6, Bluebeam, Excel
• Proven leadership in budgeting, proposals, and early-phase planning
