Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Construction Project Manager in Arizona to lead planning, scheduling, and execution of heavy civil infrastructure projects. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while coordinating with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction PM or field operations, a related degree, and experience with Design-Build or alternative delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management or field operations
• Knowledge of heavy civil construction (wet utilities, roadway, water/wastewater preferred)
• Design Build / Alt. Delivery experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and basic cost tracking (ViewPoint or similar Project Management Software, Primavera/MS Project Scheduling, and HCSS Heavybid are a plus.)
