Job summary

Zachry Construction Corporation is seeking experienced Oilers and Lubrication Technicians to service and maintain heavy construction equipment on large-scale projects in Fort Worth, TX. This role emphasizes lubrication, preventive maintenance, oil analysis, and detailed reporting to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate will hold a CDL with X endorsement and Hazmat cert, have 2+ years in heavy equipment maintenance, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• CDL with X endorsement and Hazmat certification are required.
• Minimum of 2 years in heavy equipment maintenance or completion of related coursework preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lubrication systems and oil analysis interpretation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily lubrication and preventive maintenance on cranes, pavers, dirt and plant equipment and other heavy machinery.
• Collect, label, and analyze oil samples; interpret results and report findings.
• Maintain accurate service records and daily task logs.
• Inspect equipment and write reports on conditions and recommended actions.
• Keep work areas clean and free of excessive oil/grease buildup.
• Follow safety policies and demonstrate professionalism and punctuality.
• Work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed.
