B&S Site Development is seeking a Heavy Civil Foreman to oversee on-site operations at construction projects in Columbus, OH. You will supervise crews, enforce safety, read blueprints, coordinate with project managers and inspectors, and maintain site documentation.

The role requires 3+ years of underground utility experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. OSHA 10/30 is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of underground utility experience, with leadership exposure preferred.
• Strong understanding of utility installation methods and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and grade stakes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate crew activities on-site.
• Oversee installation of storm, water, and sanitary sewer systems.
• Ensure work meets project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation.
• Lead by example and enforce safety protocols.
