Engtal is seeking an Estimator / Project Manager in Indiana to lead projects from bidding through completion. The role blends estimating, project management, client relationships, and field coordination across roadway, bridge, grading, drainage, and related construction work.

You will review plans, perform quantity takeoffs, develop cost estimates, obtain subcontractor prices, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety compliance on site.

Formación

• Experience estimating and managing INDOT, municipal, highway, or commercial construction projects preferred.
• Working knowledge of INDOT specifications or ability to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
• Experience with digital takeoff software preferred.
• Knowledge of HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review plans and specifications, perform quantity takeoffs, develop cost estimates, and submit competitive bids.
• Obtain pricing and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage awarded projects, including schedules, budgets, documentation, and cost control.
• Review contracts, change orders, billing, and collections.
• Coordinate with field superintendents, project leadership, customers, and vendors.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support project execution.
• Promote jobsite safety and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
