Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial Construction subsidiary, is seeking a Dirt Foreman for heavy civil projects in Atlanta, GA. You will plan, organize, and supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 5 years as a foreman/crew supervisor in related carpentry projects. Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in all weather are essential. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent reading, speaking and writing English.
• Basic math for daily field calculations.
• Ability to supervise crew and coordinate subcontractors.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized jobsite.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Follow supervisor instructions and communicate effectively with crew.
• Maintain communications on job status and responsibilities.
• Keep jobsite free of hazards and obstacles.
• Participate in performance and development reviews.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Backfill for the superintendent as needed and work overtime.
