Ferrovial's Webber, LLC seeks an entry-level field supervisor to lead dirt crews on highway projects in the McKinney area. You’ll oversee daily field operations, emphasize safety, and ensure work aligns with project plans.

The role requires hands-on leadership, English communication, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Travel is occasional; schedule may include weekend hours.

Qualifikationen

• Five (5) years of experience managing dirt crews on highway projects.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to seventy (70) pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• Experience interpreting blueprints/plans to construct accordingly.
• Proven ability to coordinate staff and manage field operations.

Aufgaben

• Manage field crew in day-to-day production of projects.
• Demonstrate safety leadership and enforce equipment safety.
• Order tools and equipment as needed.
• Interpret blueprints/plans and construct accordingly (NNWW preferable).
• Coordinate with owner representatives and ensure safe work practices.
