Job summary

Casella Construction, Inc. is seeking skilled Heavy Construction Laborers to join our Construction Division in Hanover, NH.

You will support hands-on heavy civil work across site development, utilities, grading, and demolition, learning from experienced crew members and contributing from start to finish. This role requires physical outdoor work, a commitment to safety and teamwork, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

Qualifications

• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Flexibility as assignments change and travel as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe work environment and performs core labor duties.
• Material handling, site preparation, cleanup, tool use, and daily paperwork.
• Guides other laborers and ensures proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Spreads gravel and asphalt; installs water and sewer lines as assigned.
• Completes required training and supports winter maintenance tasks.
