Job summary

Casella Construction, Inc. is seeking a Skilled Construction Laborer to join our Heavy Construction Teams. This role involves a variety of tasks including maintaining a safe work environment, executing assigned tasks unassisted, and plowing snow during winter months.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of construction experience, possess a valid Driver's License, and must be physically fit to perform labor-intensive tasks outdoors. We offer competitive wages between $24.82 and $27.41 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3-5 years of experience as a construction laborer.
• HAZWOPER 40hr certification.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks assigned to Laborer without supervision.
• Maintain safe work environment.
• Plow snow across various locations during winter.
• Perform physical labor as needed.
