Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to measure and grade to specifications.
• Ability to level earth and prepare sub grades for piping and trenching.
• Direct and coordinate laborers in concrete and grading tasks.
• Ability to set up shoring and braces for safe operation.
• Assist in pumping and point well-sets on site.
• Work with heavy equipment and signal operators for grade compliance.
• Assist truck drivers to maintain correct dump positions.
• Contribute to concrete paving crew and ensure proper grade.
• Utilize small power tools as required on site.
• May serve as lead man directing a work crew.
• Demonstrate independent planning and execution of routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support road repairs, paving, and drainage projects.

• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Coordinate with foreman and operators on grading tasks.
