Job summary

S&R Corporation in Lowell, MA is seeking a full-time Heavy Civil/Bridge Superintendent to lead critical projects. You’ll oversee sites, coordinate crews and subcontractors, manage equipment and materials, and keep logs and reports accurate to maintain on-time completion.

Must have OSHA 30, be onsite, 5+ years as a construction superintendent, live within 1 hour of the job location, with preferred 10+ years and a bachelor’s in construction management. Competitive salary and benefits.

Schedule: Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility as project needs dictate.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

You take ownership of every project site, ensuring safety and efficiency while keeping operations running smoothly. You coordinate crews and subcontractors, manage equipment and materials, and maintain accurate logs and reports. Overseeing scheduling, tracking quantities, and collaborating with project managers and resident engineers, you keep timelines on track. Every day, you lead with precision and problem-solving, ensuring that each detail contributes to successful project completion.

Here's what we need from you:

• OSHA 30 certified
