Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Production Coordinator for heatshield (Starship) on the night shift. You will ensure on-time delivery of heat shield parts, coordinate movements through receiving, stock rooms, and production centers, and uphold data accuracy in ERP systems.

You will work with planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to resolve data issues, drive workflow improvements, and support reporting for internal and customer use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred for relevant support roles.
• Experience organizing files and documents in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Track and move parts through SpaceX to ensure on-time delivery to next production location.
• Support movement of parts through receiving, stock rooms, and production resources.
• Maintain accurate MRP/ERP data and assist with data cleansing to prevent incorrect demand or schedules.
• Develop and maintain production-related reports for internal and customer use.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to support workflow.
