Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma (or equivalent), be comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and complete required on-the-job and safety trainings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of all required on the job training.
• Successful completion of health and environmental safety training.
• Previous Yarn or Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heatset machinery to meet quality, production, and efficiency goals.
• Function as a primary source of finish application in yarn conversion.
• Maintain production records and monitor quality during runs.
• Identify yarn quality issues during production.
• Attend job-related training as required by supervision.
• Follow all standard operating and safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and other tasks assigned by management.
