Qualifications

• Recognize when a repair requires a licensed trade professional or specialized technical support.
• Working knowledge of common plumbing and heating tools, materials, components, and repair methods.
• Strong focus on repair quality, testing, safety, and attention to detail.
• Identify required parts, materials, and support before work is delayed.
• Reliable work-order documentation, organization, and follow-through.
• Clear communication regarding obstacles, pending items, and next steps.
• Gas or oil license preferred, but not required.

THE ROLE
