CN Brown in Pittsfield, ME is seeking a Heating Oil Customer Service Representative to support the manager with daily clerical tasks and maintain records. You will deliver legendary customer service and help ensure customer satisfaction as our #1 mission.

The role focuses on handling inquiries, processing paperwork, and learning our policies while contributing to a well-run office environment; training is provided.

• Customer Relations, resolves customer concerns and inquiries while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Effectively manages a high incoming call volume and is able to answer customer account inquiries.
• Adheres to of all company policies, safety policies, regulations and sales programs.
• Assists in facility appearance and minor maintenance.
• Efficient processing of daily paperwork, payments and all other required office procedures.
• Knowledge of the company products and services.
