Role: Field Services Technician / Engineer
Location: Memphis / Nashville, TN Day 1 onsite
Position Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair various types of equipment at client sites.
- Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, including reports and logs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Training and Guidance: Train clients and junior technicians on equipment usage and maintenance best practices.
- Inventory Management: Manage tools and parts inventory to ensure availability for service tasks.
Experience : 7+ years of experience in field service or a related technical role.
- Experience with equipment maintenance and repair in relevant industries (e.g., HVAC, telecommunications, medical devices).
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with GPS and GIS tools for efficient navigation and site management.
- Understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Basic IT skills for managing service records and reports.
