Job summary

A3 Staffing is seeking an HVAC/R technician to perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and service on a variety of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems in Buffalo, NY. The role includes diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and installing equipment as needed on customer sites.

You will collaborate with other technicians to solve complex problems, maintain accurate service records, and respond to urgent requests, with safety and compliance as a priority.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R field service experience preferred.
• Technical training in system diagnostics and repair.
• EPA certification and safety awareness required.
