Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Holbrook, NY for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician. The technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of heating and cooling equipment, troubleshooting system issues, and conducting preventive maintenance tasks. Daily tasks include ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving service-related concerns, adhering to EPA regulations, and maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting HVAC system issues
• Experience with Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance of heating and cooling equipment
• Knowledge of EPA regulations and compliance
• Technical certificate or associate degree in HVAC or related field is preferred but not necessary
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC service or related field
