Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heating and Air Conditioning Service Technician located in Panama City, FL. The technician will perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, ensuring systems operate efficiently, and addressing customer needs to deliver excellent service. There will be a minimum of 45 hours a week at $25-30 an hour as well as a rotating on-call schedule for after hours shared with the other two technicians. Candidates will also ensure compliance with industry standards and EPA regulations and a rotating on-call schedule for over time hours will be required.

Qualifications
