Heathers Manor in Crystal, MN, part of Transforming Age, seeks an LPN for a part-time temporary role Oct–Nov with potential extension. Provide compassionate care within a supportive team and maintain accurate records in a community that values growth.

The role requires an accredited LPN program graduate, an active Minnesota LPN license, and flexibility to work one weekday plus weekends as needed. Pay is $30–$34 per hour with competitive benefits when applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in a nursing home preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of DHS regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Background check, drug screen, and other pre-employment screenings may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective care to residents.
• Work with a team of professionals to meet residents' needs.
• Review routines and calendar of events for residents.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, stocked, and counted.
• Maintain accurate charting and record keeping.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Promote Transforming Age values in all responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position is a Part-Time temporary (October-November) with possibility to be extended, requires work 1 day during the week (Monday through Friday) and every other Saturday/Sunday and may have On-Call shifts as needed. The rate of pay for this role is $30-$34 per hour based on qualifications.

Our Licensed Practical Nurses

• Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our residents.
• Work with a team of professionals to ensure the residents comprehensive needs are met.
• Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted
• Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed!

• Be a graduate of an accredited LPN Program
• Have an active LPN license in the state, in good standing
• Experience in a Nursing Home (Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred, but not required)
• Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.
• Have knowledge of DHS Regulations
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external individuals.
• Completion of a background check, drug screen. Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
