Levels C/B/A indicate growth path, requiring 0–24 months, 2–3 years, and 3–5 years respectively for progression; candidates must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed, including night shifts 7 p.m.–7:30 a.m. from Friday to Sunday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of metallurgy and heat-treating processes.
• Ability to read shop travelers or customer paperwork.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work for processing; loads/unloads furnaces, bins, fixtures.
• Monitors heat treating operations per procedures.
• Ensures safety and housekeeping.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
• Protects customer inventory from loss or damage.
• Reports on-time attendance and follows directions; communicates effectively.
