Qualifications

• Experience operating furnaces or thermal processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load, operate, and unload heat-treating furnaces and related equipment per work orders
• Set up, rack, fixture, clean, and degrease parts for processing
• Verify and set program controls, time, and temperature settings
• Monitor utilities (gases, air pressure, oil, water flow) before and during operations
• Perform pre- and post-operational checks and basic preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and take corrective action during equipment malfunctions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures, including PPE use
• Report any deviations in process, quality, or equipment performance
