Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services seeks motivated Heat-Treating Assistants to support PWHT and related thermal processes at job sites and in-shop environments. Entry-level role with hands-on training alongside certified heat treat technicians, offering room for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is required.
• Willingness to travel and work across various environments is required.
• Certifications like TWIC, OSHA 10/30, or DISA are preferred or required for site access.

Responsibilities

• Assist setup, operation, and breakdown of heat‑treating equipment.
• Prepare components for heat treatment according to safety specs.
• Lay out insulation and heating elements on piping, vessels, or weld zones.
• Monitor temperature controllers and data recorders during operations.
• Travel to client sites as required for assignments.
