Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn. The expected salary ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 annually, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret engineering specifications and thermal-processing data.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data-analysis tools.
• Ability to work onsite in a heavy-industrial environment.
