Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous production of parts that meet customer expectations.
• Inspect completed parts using micrometers, indicators, calipers, comparators, etc.
• Maintain quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management System.
• Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to supervisor.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor and other staff.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.

Position Description:

The heat treat (furnace) operator will be responsible to operate aluminum heat treating and vacuum furnaces. The position is for WEEKEND shift - Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM; working 36 hours and receiving a 4 hour bonus, totaling 40 hours, also includes a 25% shift differential.

• Ensure continuous production of parts that meet customer expectations
• Inspect completed parts using micrometers, indicators, calipers, comparators, etc.
• Maintain quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management System
• Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to supervisor
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor and other staff
• Other duties as directed by supervisor
