Job summary

Valley Forge & Bolt Mfg in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Heat Treat Operator to work on the 2nd shift, supporting the production floor with heat-treating, inspection, and process control to ensure parts meet specifications.

This role requires passing a drug test, lifting up to 50 pounds, wearing PPE, and adhering to safety policies on a primarily production-site environment. Pay starts at $23+ per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities to grow through hands-on MTI training.

THIS POSITION IS FOR 2ND SHIFT - MUST BE FLEXIBLE - MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST AND REGULAR DRUG TESTING! WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY THC / MARAJUANA

RATE OF PAY IS $23+ DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

• Operate heat treating equipment to harden and temper steel parts


• Follow established procedures to ensure the quality of the finished product


• Conduct tests to ensure parts meet specifications


• Monitor equipment and maintain a clean and safe work environment


• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• While performing duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time. Occasion stooping and walking will be required.
