Job summary

Jetson Home Inc. in Sacramento, CA seeks motivated HVAC apprentices to join a pioneering electrification team. You’ll remove gas furnaces and install heat pump systems, working with seasoned crews to build your skills and contribute to product improvements.

You’ll collaborate with technicians, read blueprints, follow codes, and provide responsive customer service while advancing toward certification and stronger expertise in home energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Completion of 6–12 months HVAC program or equivalent work.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required.
• Valid (unrestricted) Driver's License.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with building codes and OSHA/LOTO safety.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment outdoors.
• Team player eager to learn and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Install heat pumps alongside experienced Installers.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters.
• Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineering teams on product and processes.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns.
