Job summary

PepWear, based in Cedar Hill, Texas, is seeking a detail-oriented Heat Press Production Associate to join our Screen Print Department. This full-time, on-site role offers quick learning and opportunities to grow within PepWear.

You will handle screen-printed apparel, work with a fast-paced team, and report to the Screen Printing Floor Manager. Regular daytime hours, with possible evening shifts during peak seasons; benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
• Keen eye for quality control and ability to communicate concerns.
• Ability to follow directions and processes.
• Physically able to stand for long hours and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must read and comprehend job specifications to verify quality.
• Must be able to count and perform simple math to track orders.
• Team player willing to help where needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull screen-printed apparel off presses and load into the dryer.
• Receive finished apparel from the dryer and keep organized and counted.
• Coat, print, expose, and wash screens in the screen room.
• Remove tape and power-wash screens to remove ink or debris.
• Assist with other production duties in other departments.
