Job summary

PepWear, based in Cedar Hill, Texas, is seeking a detail-oriented Screen Print Operator - Seasonal to join our production team. This on-site role offers entry-level responsibilities with the potential to grow within the screen printing department and other PepWear departments.

You will work in a fast-paced environment and support the entire print process. Regular daytime hours, with occasional evening work during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to follow standard operating procedures.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
• Experience in printing or fast-paced environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull screen-printed apparel off presses and load onto the dryer.
• Receive printed items at dryer end and keep organized.
• Operate coating, printing, exposing and washing screens.
• Remove tape and power wash screens to remove ink or debris.
• Assist other production departments as needed.
