Job summary

PepWear, based in Cedar Hill, Texas, is seeking a Heat Press Production Associate to join our Screen Print Department. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with regular daytime hours and potential peak-season evening work.

You will learn the end‑to‑end screen printing process and support the team in maintaining quality and on‑time production. Ideal candidates are detail oriented, quick learners, and comfortable lifting up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Keen eye for quality control and ability to communicate concerns.
• Follow directions and standardized processes.
• Physically able to stand long hours and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Read and understand job specifications to verify quality.
• Count and track order quantities, strong math basics.
• Team player willing to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull screen-printed apparel off presses and load onto the dryer.
• Receive finished items from the dryer, keep organized and counted.
• Coat, expose, print, and wash screens in the screen room.
• Remove ink, debris, and clean screens as required.
• Assist in other production duties as needed.
