Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, genuine welcome to every guest and coordinate reservations when needed.

• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure room readiness and maintenance needs.
• Resolve guest requests and concerns promptly with exceptional service recovery.
• Upsell and provide local recommendations to enhance guest stays.
