Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an RN Clinical Teacher for the Heart & Vascular Unit in Nashua, NH. The role collaborates with Unit Director and Nursing Leadership to identify educational needs and implement strategies to enhance patient-centered, evidence-based care.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, may have MSN, and NH RN licensure. Two years of progressive clinical experience in a related specialty is required, with 90-day competency development across several teaching domains.

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• MSN is preferred.
• NH RN licensure is required.
• Minimum of two years progressive clinical experience in the specialty area.
• Competencies to be demonstrated within 90 days (unit-based, assessment, class development, teaching tech, feedback, recordkeeping).

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with employees, patients and other disciplines to promote a positive work environment.
• Maintain confidentiality related to departmental information and patient events.
• Assess learning needs of unit staff and design/implement teaching strategies.
• Serve as consultant and clinical expert for patient population on the unit.
• Lead transformational changes and promote teamwork and collaboration.
