Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking motivated team members for our Heart of House kitchen in Orange, CA. You will help prepare signature wings and menu items, maintain clean, safe stations, and ensure meals are cooked to our quality standards in a fast-paced, team-based environment that emphasizes hospitality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Must obtain and maintain required food safety certifications where applicable.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.
