Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensure to practice as an RN in Georgia; current national certification required.
• Educational requirements: ADN or Diploma; BSN preferred.
• Minimum experience: ADN with 5 years; BSN with 3 years; RN II level as per competence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a charge nurse ensuring cost-effective, patient-focused care.
• Lead teams and participate on NGMC committees/councils.
• Model healthy work environment and foster trust among colleagues.
• Translate patient conditions to physicians and staff; apply safety practices.
