• Experience with administrative hearings, Payday Law, tax liability hearings, and written decision drafting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live evidentiary hearings and rule on evidence admissibility.
• Issue binding written decisions within months of onboarding.
• Advise on UI, Payday Law, tax liability, and licensing dockets within TWC Special Program Appeals Department.
