Texas Workforce Commission is seeking attorneys or law school graduates to serve as Hearing Officer I for unemployment hearings. This role supports the Appeals Department, located in Austin, with work permitted from any Texas city.

Candidates must be able to participate in weekly Microsoft Teams meetings during business hours and maintain a dedicated home workspace. Qualified individuals should have a law degree and be licensed to practice in any US court, with strong organizational skills,

Qualifikationen

• Experience holding Unemployment Insurance Appeal Hearings is preferred.
• Experience as a Licensed Attorney in any US Court.
