Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Audiology license or Hearing Aid Dispensing license in the state of role.
• Strong clinical, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, patient‑friendly manner.
• Comfort working in a retail healthcare setting.
• Commitment to ethical practice and patient‑focused care.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.

• Perform routine follow‑up visits, cleanings, adjustments, and hearing aid repairs.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records, including documentation and outcome measures.
• Deliver exceptional service that supports patient satisfaction, loyalty, and positive clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to support center performance and continuous improvement.

Position Overview
