Job summary

Beltone is seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist in Crestview, FL. You will educate patients on hearing loss, demonstrate Beltone technology, and fit devices to individual needs. The role offers a strong pathway to high earnings and a relocation-friendly environment.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, recommending products, and providing aftercare. Join a team focused on patient care, community relations, and continuous growth in a supportive office setting.

Qualifications

• Previous dispensing or fitting experience preferred.
• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state you will be working; OR
• Proven experience of achieving sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours/days.
• Good dexterity in both hands.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Consult with patients and recommend Beltone products.
• Fit patients with hearing aid settings to match needs.
• Educate patients on use of hearing aids and accessories.
• Provide aftercare to ensure high standard of patient care.
• Uphold the Belcare promise with every patient.
• Generate repeat and referral business via patient referrals and online reviews.
• Collaborate with Patient Services Coordinator for outreach; track effectiveness.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming office environment.

• Fit patients with hearing aid settings to match their needs
• Educate patients on the use of hearing aids and other hearing accessories
• Provide appropriate aftercare with all patients to ensure the highest standard of patient care
• Ensure the Belcare promise is upheld with every patient
• Secure repeat and referral business through utilization of patient referral program and positive online reviews
• Partner with the Patient Services Coordinator to lead the office in outreach initiatives; track and provide feedback to show effectiveness
• Maintain a clean and welcoming office and work environment
