Qualifications

• Previous dispensing or fitting experience preferred.
• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state you will work; OR proven sales achievement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Consult with patients and recommend the Beltone product that best fits their lifestyle.
• Fit patients with hearing aid settings to match their needs.
• Educate patients on the use of hearing aids and other hearing accessories.
• Provide appropriate aftercare to ensure high standard of patient care.
• Secure repeat and referral business through patient referral program and online reviews.
• Lead office outreach with the Patient Services Coordinator; track effectiveness.
