Qualifications

• Current Audiology license or Hearing Aid Dispensing license in the state of role (required).
• Strong clinical, counseling, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations using best-practice clinical protocols.
• Interpret test results and recommend individualized hearing care solutions based on patient needs and lifestyle.
• Present product options clearly, emphasizing value, long-term benefits, and patient outcomes.
• Program, fit, and verify hearing instruments, including new, premium technology from major manufacturers.
• Perform routine follow-up visits, cleanings, adjustments, and hearing aid repairs.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records, including documentation and outcome measures.
• Deliver exceptional service that supports patient satisfaction, loyalty, and positive clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to support center performance and continuous improvement.
